Join us at our Open Day

We invite you to come along to an Open Day (or 'Open House') at one of our locations. It's an opportunity to see demonstrations of Tai Chi and try a free introductory Tai Chi class, where you will learn the first three moves of the Tai Chi form. You can also talk to our instructors and enjoy some nibblies. Everyone is welcome!
